Our vision begins with the intentional pursuit of people in various stages of spiritual need. It is our desire to become masters of customer service so guests can safely and effortlessly experience God through memorable worship experiences. Using the most innovative and contemporary modes to communicate the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ, our church will grow to over 5,000 within the next five years. After God’s transformational grace enters lives at salvation, we will be devoted to the development of all people, spirit, soul, and body. Throughout this developmental process we see every person discovering and employing their God-given gifts and maturing in the spiritual disciplines of meditation, prayer, fasting, tithing, and church attendance. This spiritual and educational journey will be grounded in a powerful preaching ministry, and championed by a multitude of small groups, MVCS, and the Global Study Center. Mountain View Christian Schools will be instrumental in the training and development of children and staff. We see a powerful partnership developing so all Champion Center children can become MVCS students, thus growing the school to over 1500. MVCS will recruit, hire, and retain premiere educators and administrators whose influential capital will impact both the Christian and secular educational world.

Leadership development will be an important focus in our vision to transform the world. Therefore, we will launch a dual-pronged approach to developing leaders within the church and the school by creating a Leadership Institute. The Leadership Institute will be implemented using identifiable benchmarks by helping to develop leadership skills, communication skills, and problem-solving applications. Leadership development will be an important focus in our vision to transform the world. Exciting internships, mission trips, community involvement, and apprenticeships will be developed so students and adults can gain valuable experience as they prepare to transform the world. Our vision is not only local, but it is global. Our vision is to partner with world-renowned ministries like Convoy of Hope in an effort to alleviate the pain and suffering created by poverty, homelessness, and natural disasters. In addition, we would also like to unite with the Book of Hope in a joint effort to distribute one million Bibles to children throughout the world. Our growing commitment to foreign missions requires not only financial support to the various missionaries throughout the world, but a personal commitment to participate in one foreign missions trip in our lifetime.

To facilitate this massive ministry, we see an aesthetic masterpiece, ingeniously designed, and immaculately maintained. Our campus will include a sanctuary with stadium seating for 1500, cutting edge classrooms, campus bookstore, major league gymnasium, restaurant, and deli. Finally, we will be a city on a hill shining light on the Las Vegas Valley. People will purpose to come to our church and school from all areas of the valley to hear the truth, experience the truth, and celebrate the truth…our Lord and Savior …Jesus Christ.
